Die Leistung von Elena Steinmann umfasst die persönliche Reisebegleitung für die Dauer der 9-tägigen Reise (23.–31. Oktober 2026), die Vorbereitung und Organisation sowie die Kommunikation vor Abreise. Elena Steinmann ist ausschließlich Reisebegleiterin vor Ort — sie ist keine Reiseveranstalterin oder Reiseleiterin. Preis der Reisebegleitung: 500 € pro Person.Elena Steinmann’s service includes personal travel accompaniment for the 9-day journey (23–31 October 2026), preparation and organisation, and pre-departure communication. Die angebotene Leistung stellt keine Pauschalreise im Sinne des § 651a BGB dar. Elena Steinmann tritt nicht als Reiseveranstalterin oder -vermittlerin auf. Die teilnehmende Person ist sich bewusst, dass es sich um eine Individualreise handelt. Sie reist auf eigene Gefahr, Kosten und Verantwortung an und ab. Jegliche Haftung von Elena Steinmann in Zusammenhang mit An- und Abreise, Unterkunft, Transport und Verpflegung vor Ort ist vollinhaltlich ausgeschlossen.The service offered does not constitute a package tour within the meaning of § 651a BGB. Elena Steinmann does not act as a tour operator or travel agent. The participant is aware that this is an individual journey and travels entirely at their own risk, cost and responsibility. Die Anmeldung ist mit Absenden des ausgefüllten Anmeldeformulars und Zustimmung zu diesen Bedingungen verbindlich. Der Vertrag kommt mit schriftlicher Bestätigung durch Elena Steinmann zustande. Die teilnehmende Person erklärt mit ihrer Anmeldung ausdrücklich, diese Bedingungen vollständig gelesen, verstanden und akzeptiert zu haben. Bei Unklarheiten ist die teilnehmende Person angehalten, vor Absenden der Anmeldung Kontakt aufzunehmen.Registration is binding upon submission of the completed registration form and agreement to these terms. Im Falle von Krankheit oder sonstiger Umstände wird aktiv nach einer geeigneten Ersatzperson gesucht und alle Teilnehmerinnen schnellstmöglich informiert.In the event of illness or other circumstances, Elena Steinmann will actively seek a suitable replacement and inform all participants as quickly as possible.

Die teilnehmende Person reist auf eigene Gefahr, Kosten und Verantwortung an und ab. An- und Abreise inkl. Flug nach Ägypten sowie Transfer zwischen Flughafen und Camp werden von der teilnehmenden Person selbst organisiert und bezahlt. Elena Steinmann übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für mit der An- und Abreise verbundene direkte oder indirekte Schäden oder Forderungen.The participant travels to and from Egypt at their own risk, cost and responsibility. Travel including flights to Egypt and transfers between airport and camp are organised and paid by the participant. Elena Steinmann accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages or claims related to travel.
Elena Steinmann teilt gerne Informationen zu Flugoptionen und Anreisemöglichkeiten, damit sich Teilnehmerinnen gegebenenfalls koordinieren können. Die Reise findet im RockSea Camp in Nuweiba statt. Die Unterkunft wird von der teilnehmenden Person auf eigene Kosten und Verantwortung direkt mit dem Camp organisiert und vor Ort in bar bezahlt. Elena Steinmann ist an der Abwicklung nicht beteiligt.The journey takes place at the RockSea Camp in Nuweiba. Accommodation is organised directly with the camp by the participant at their own cost and responsibility, and paid on site in cash. Elena Steinmann is not involved in this process.
Die teilnehmende Person gibt ihre Zimmerpräferenz im Anmeldeformular an. Elena Steinmann leitet diese Präferenz ausschließlich zur Vorabreservierung an das Camp weiter. Die Zimmervergabe erfolgt nach dem Prinzip „First come, first served“.The participant indicates their room preference in the registration form. Elena Steinmann forwards this preference to the camp for pre-reservation only. Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Die Wüstentage im Süd-Sinai mit Swualim und seinem Beduinen-Team sind ein optionaler Teil der Reise. Dieser Ausflug wird von der teilnehmenden Person eigenständig direkt vor Ort mit dem Team gebucht und bezahlt. Elena Steinmann ist an Abwicklung und Bezahlung nicht beteiligt.The desert days in the South Sinai with Swualim and his Bedouin team are an optional part of the journey. This excursion is booked and paid directly on site by the participant with the Bedouin team. Elena Steinmann is not involved in booking or payment.
Die teilnehmende Person teilt ihre Präferenz im Anmeldeformular mit. Elena Steinmann leitet diese Information ausschließlich zur Kapazitätsprüfung an das Team weiter, um sicherzustellen, dass an den gewünschten Tagen ausreichend Kapazitäten vorhanden sind. Sämtliche Verpflegung durch die Beduinen wird ebenfalls direkt vor Ort bezahlt.The participant indicates their preference in the registration form. Elena Steinmann forwards this information exclusively for capacity planning. All meals provided by the Bedouins are also paid directly on site by the participant.
Entscheidet sich die teilnehmende Person für eine Unterkunft im RockSea Camp und/oder die Wüstentage, teilt Elena Steinmann die ihr vorliegenden Kosteninformationen vorab mit. Diese Angaben sind unverbindlich und dienen der Orientierung. Hat die teilnehmende Person eine andere Unterkunft gewählt oder nimmt nicht an den Wüstentagen teil, sind die anfallenden Kosten von ihr selbst einzuschätzen.If the participant opts for accommodation at the RockSea Camp and/or the desert days, Elena Steinmann will share available cost information before the journey. Die teilnehmende Person verpflichtet sich, innerhalb einer Woche nach Anmeldung eine private Reiseversicherung für Individualreisen (keine Pauschalreise) inkl. Auslandskrankenversicherung abzuschließen. Der Nachweis (Versicherungsname, Polizzennummer, Gültigkeitsdauer, Notfallnummer) ist bis spätestens 4 Wochen vor Reisebeginn an Elena Steinmann zu übermitteln: info@elenasteinmann.deThe participant is required to take out private travel insurance for individual travel (not a package tour) including international health cover, within one week of registration. Empfehlung Reiserücktrittsversicherung: Zusätzlich wird der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung mit Auslands-Reisekrankenversicherung dringend empfohlen, um sich bei kurzfristiger Erkrankung, Unfall oder anderen unvorhersehbaren Ereignissen finanziell abzusichern. Eine Reiseabbruchversicherung kann sinnvoll sein. Stornokosten gemäß §6 trägt die teilnehmende Person ohne entsprechende Versicherung selbst.Trip cancellation insurance recommendation: Additionally, taking out a trip cancellation insurance with international travel health insurance is strongly recommended to protect yourself financially in case of short-term illness, accident, or other unforeseen events. A trip interruption insurance may also be sensible. Cancellation fees under §6 are borne by the participant without such insurance.
Die teilnehmende Person ist für die Gültigkeit aller notwendigen Reisedokumente (Reisepass, ggf. Visum) eigenverantwortlich. Der Reisepass muss für die Einreise nach Ägypten mindestens 6 Monate über das Reisedatum hinaus gültig sein. Elena Steinmann übernimmt keinerlei Haftung bei fehlenden oder ungültigen Dokumenten.The participant is solely responsible for the validity of all required travel documents (passport, visa if applicable). The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date for entry to Egypt. Elena Steinmann accepts no liability for missing or invalid documents.
Im Anmeldeformular ist ein Notfallkontakt (Name und Telefonnummer) anzugeben. Diese Angabe ist verpflichtend.The registration form requires an emergency contact (name and phone number). This information is mandatory.
Reisewarnungen & Sicherheitshinweise: Die teilnehmende Person ist verpflichtet, sich vor Reiseantritt eigenständig über die aktuellen Reise- und Sicherheitshinweise des Auswärtigen Amtes für Ägypten zu informieren: www.auswaertiges-amt.de. Elena Steinmann verfolgt die Lage vor Ort kontinuierlich und behält sich vor, die Reise bei akuten Sicherheitsbedenken anzupassen oder abzusagen (§7).Travel warnings & safety advice: The participant is obliged to inform themselves independently about the current travel and safety advice from their respective Foreign Office for Egypt before departure. Elena Steinmann continuously monitors the situation on the ground and reserves the right to adjust or cancel the trip in case of acute security concerns (§7).
Eigenverantwortung der Teilnehmenden: Die Teilnahme an der Reise erfolgt auf eigene Verantwortung. Die teilnehmende Person bestätigt mit der Anmeldung, dass sie sich in einem körperlichen und gesundheitlichen Zustand befindet, der die Teilnahme an einer Wüsten-, Wander- oder Kamelreise im Süd-Sinai zulässt. Hierzu gehört insbesondere: ausreichende Grundkondition, Belastbarkeit bei Hitze und körperlicher Anstrengung, keine schweren Herz-Kreislauf-, Atemwegs- oder orthopädischen Erkrankungen, die die Reise gefährden könnten. Bei chronischen Erkrankungen, regelmäßiger Medikamenteneinnahme oder Schwangerschaft ist Elena Steinmann vor der Anmeldung zu informieren. Empfohlene Impfungen (z. B. Hepatitis A, Tetanus) sind eigenverantwortlich vorzunehmen — ein Reisemediziner oder das Robert-Koch-Institut beraten dazu. Elena Steinmann übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für gesundheitliche Folgen, die aus einer Fehleinschätzung der eigenen Belastbarkeit oder fehlenden Impfungen resultieren.Personal responsibility of participants: Participation is at your own risk. By registering, the participant confirms that they are in a physical and medical condition that allows participation in a desert, hiking or camel journey in the South Sinai. This includes in particular: sufficient base fitness, tolerance of heat and physical exertion, no severe cardiovascular, respiratory or orthopaedic conditions that could jeopardise the trip. For chronic illnesses, regular medication, or pregnancy, Elena Steinmann must be informed before registration. Recommended vaccinations (e.g. Hepatitis A, tetanus) are the participant's own responsibility — a travel medicine specialist can advise on this. Elena Steinmann accepts no liability for health consequences arising from a misjudgement of one's own physical capacity or missing vaccinations.

Elena Steinmann übernimmt keine Haftung für direkte oder indirekte Schäden im Zusammenhang mit An- und Abreise, Unterkunft, Transport vor Ort, Wüstenbegleitung durch lokale Partner oder sonstigen Leistungen Dritter. Eine medizinische Verantwortung wird nicht übernommen. Elena Steinmann erteilt unverbindliche Informationen und Empfehlungen — die Entscheidung und Verantwortung liegt stets bei der teilnehmenden Person.Participation is at the participant’s own risk and responsibility. Elena Steinmann accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages related to travel, accommodation, local transport, desert guidance by local partners, or other third-party services. No medical responsibility is assumed. All decisions and responsibility remain with the participant.
Foto- und Videoaufnahmen erfolgen nur mit ausdrücklichem Einverständnis (siehe Anmeldeformular). Mit Zustimmung erklären sich Teilnehmende einverstanden, dass Aufnahmen im Rahmen der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit von Elena Steinmann genutzt werden dürfen.Photos and videos are only taken with explicit consent (see registration form). By consenting, participants agree that recordings may be used for Elena Steinmann’s public communications.
Personenbezogene Daten (inkl. Reisepassdaten und Notfallkontakt) werden ausschließlich zur Reiseorganisation und Sicherheit verwendet und nicht an Dritte weitergegeben, soweit dies nicht zur Durchführung der Reise erforderlich ist. Nach Abschluss der Reise werden die Daten gelöscht, sofern keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht.Personal data (including passport data and emergency contact) is used exclusively for travel organisation and safety, and will not be passed on to third parties unless required for the conduct of the journey.
