Die Wüste verändert. Sie macht stiller. Offener. Echter. Das habe ich selbst erlebt — und ich sehe es immer wieder bei den Gruppen, die ich hierher begleite. Die Wüste trägt etwas in sich, das keines großen Programms bedarf. Die Menschen kommen raus, sind offline, sind in der Natur, haben eine wunderschöne Kultur um sich herum. Das ist der Boden, auf dem deine Arbeit landen kann. The desert changes things. It makes you quieter. More open. More real. I've experienced this myself — and I see it again and again with the groups I accompany here. The desert carries something within it that needs no grand programme. People step outside, go offline, are in nature, surrounded by a beautiful culture. That is the ground on which your work can land.

Und ich habe gesehen: Wenn jemand, der schon eine wundervolle Basis in der Arbeit mit Menschen hat — eine Yogalehrerin, eine Atemcoach, eine Energiearbeiterin — diese Basis in die Wüste bringt, dann wird die Kunst nochmal tiefer. Nochmal echter. And I've seen it: when someone who already has a wonderful foundation in working with people — a yoga teacher, a breath coach, an energy worker — brings that foundation to the desert, the art goes even deeper. Even more real.

Gleichzeitig weiß ich, dass es manchmal schwer sein kann, das alleine zu tragen. Die Gruppe begleiten, die Abläufe im Hintergrund im Blick behalten, die Kommunikation mit dem Camp, mit den Beduinen — ich kenne die Menschen hier, ich kenne diese Welt, ich kenne die Schnittstellen. Das nimmt dir etwas ab, das du gar nicht erst tragen musst. So kannst du voll und ganz bei deiner Arbeit sein, während ich meinen Teil der Begleitung übernehme. At the same time, I know it can sometimes be hard to carry all of this alone. Guiding the group, keeping track of the logistics in the background, communication with the camp, with the Bedouins — I know the people here, I know this world, I know how things work. I can take something off your shoulders that you never need to carry in the first place. So you can be fully present in your work while I take care of my part of the accompaniment.

Wie meine Begleitung konkret aussieht, schauen wir gemeinsam — das kann ein eigenes Retreat sein, ein Workshop, ein Format, das es noch nicht gibt. Hauptsache, es passt. What exactly my support looks like, we figure out together — it could be a retreat, a workshop, a format that doesn't exist yet. What matters most is that it feels right.
